This permanent position offers a competitive salary of £53,607-£55,620 per annum, plus welcome and retention payments. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading practice through direct work, delivering evidence-based plans, and coordinating multi-professional input.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with families and children to build strong relationships and support their well-being.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality reports and case recordings.
  • Design and implement evidence-based plans, ensuring effective delivery and review.
  • Provide direct help and support to children and families.
  • Coordinate access to relevant services and resources.
  • Oversee planning for children where necessary, ensuring consistency with performance standards.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will hold a Qualified Social Worker qualification and be registered with Social Work England. A foundation level systemic practice qualification and experience as a Practice Educator or Practice Teacher are desirable.
