The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through proactive commercial methods, including prospecting calls and marketing initiatives.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and submit written quotations to clients using online platforms.
  • Determine additional information required from clients and obtain it as necessary.
  • Monitor and respond to client revisions and alterations, ensuring quality assurance procedures are followed.
  • Input sales orders and produce work orders.
  • Highlight changes to orders that may result in chargeable extras being invoiced to clients.
  • Raise purchase requisitions for bought-in items.
  • Maintain and update the company's CRM system, submitting monthly reports in a timely fashion.
  • Familiarize yourself with quality assurance and commercial procedures related to enquiries.
