Aspire People Limited is seeking a skilled School Office Coordinator to join our team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out day-to-day duties in the school office, including meeting and greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and performing general administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and greet all visitors to the school with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner.
  • Carry out various administrative duties throughout the school office, including use of the SIMS system.
  • Maintain email accounts and respond to queries as required.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working in a school office setting, preferably with SIMS experience.
  • Ability to work closely with the Senior Leadership Team, teachers, pupils, and parents.
  • Strong administration skills, including the ability to manage the day-to-day running of the school office.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on a full-time basis within an educational environment. The contracted hours of work for this role are Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:00pm. We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of pupils and expect every candidate to share this commitment. Estimated salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum.
