About the Role:
As an Educational Support Professional, you will be working closely with pupils who have Autism Spectrum Disorder at a primary school in Sheffield. Your role will involve supporting children aged 4 to 11 with various special educational needs. To be successful in this position, you will need to possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a dedicated team. You will also need experience working with young people with special educational needs.

Responsibilities:
You will be required to support the teacher in creating a safe and inclusive learning environment for all pupils. This includes providing individualized support to students with Autism, helping them to develop their social and emotional skills, and promoting their academic progress. You will also be responsible for communicating effectively with parents and carers to ensure consistency in pupil support. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, adaptable, and committed to making a positive impact on the lives of these young individuals.

Requirements:
The desired candidate will have a passion for working with students who have Autism and other special educational needs. They will have experience working with young people and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. In addition, they will be able to work effectively as part of a team and contribute to the creation of a child-centered approach. A salary of £416.65 - £430.00 per week is offered for this position.
