Autism Support Worker

We are looking for a highly skilled SEN Teaching and Learning Assistant to join our team at CV-Library. The successful candidate will provide individualized support to students with special educational needs in a dynamic and inclusive environment.
About the Role:- Support students with autism, learning disabilities, emotional and behavioural difficulties, and other varying SEN needs
- Collaborate with teachers to deliver tailored lessons and ensure student engagement
- Contribute to creating a safe and supportive learning environment
- Assist with personal care and physical needs as required
- Monitor and record progress, providing feedback to teachers and senior staff
- Foster independence, social skills, and positive behaviour in students
- Provide individualized support to students with special educational needs
- Collaborate with teachers to deliver tailored lessons

- Monitor and record progress
The salary for this role is £85 per day, plus opportunities for career progression and professional development. We offer a supportive team and training provided, as well as work in a positive, inclusive, and well-resourced environment.
