We are seeking a highly skilled Management Accountant/Business Partner to join our team at Prodrive. As a key member of our commercial team, you will play a critical role in providing financial analysis and business partnering support to our programme leads and operational teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide accurate analysis of forecast and actual costs, including BOM information, to ensure the financial implications of programmes are understood from the outset and well tracked during delivery.
- Work closely with commercial, engineering, programme, and operational teams to identify opportunities and threats to the performance of the programme and take appropriate actions.
- Develop and monitor reports that give insight into current and future financial performance, designed to aid decision makers and drive actions.
- Support external reporting for key manufacturers, including preparation of financial reports and analysis.
- Communicate effectively with our wider finance and operational teams to ensure that financial information reflects the realities of the programme.
- Experience within Business Partnering or Senior Management Accountant roles, within a similar environment.
- Strong numeracy skills, ideally CIMA/ACCA or equivalent qualification.
- Strong IT system skills, including Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to create financial and non-financial reports for operational and executive use.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interpret and concisely articulate financial information.
