Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Partner Team Executive to join our team at Westbase. As a key member of our Partner Team, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and service excellence for our customers.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Generating new sales opportunities and driving revenue growth through effective sales and marketing strategies.
  • Managing a portfolio of customer accounts, building strong relationships and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Collaborating with our Account Management and Business Development teams to achieve sales and service targets.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Proven sales and customer service experience, with a track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales workflow software.
  • A keen interest in technology and its applications, with a passion for helping businesses perform better.
