Educator for Neurodiverse Learners

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated educator to join our team at ESPA College. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching and supporting autistic young people, promoting their qualifications from Pre-Entry Level to Level 2.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with autistic learners who require additional support in education, holding a PGCE/Cert Ed or equivalent teaching qualification. They should possess excellent planning and organizational skills, being able to develop and deliver personalized learning programs tailored to individual needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver effective teaching strategies, incorporating various teaching methods and techniques.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and promote staff development.
- Contribute to student reviews and work effectively with external professionals.
Salary and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 - £42,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. Our benefits package includes 6 weeks paid holiday increasing to 8 weeks, an Intensive Induction program, and a Company Pension Scheme with Life Assurance.
