Job Overview

Integrity Education Solutions Limited is seeking an exceptional Senior Educational Leader to join their leadership team in East London. As Director of Inclusive Education, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the vision and direction of the school.

The ideal candidate will have experience driving inclusive education initiatives to support vulnerable and complex groups. They will work closely with the Headteacher to drive school improvement and ensure a culture of continuous learning and innovation.

  • Oversee curriculum development and ensure outstanding teaching and learning practices are embedded across the school.
  • Lead on pastoral care, safeguarding, and pupil well-being, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for all.
  • Monitor and analyse student data to inform strategic decision-making and improve outcomes for all learners.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement inclusive education strategies to support students with special educational needs (SEN) and neurodiverse learning requirements.
  • Work closely with staff to enhance their practice and support the development of a cohesive and supportive learning community.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and deliver high-quality training programs that promote best practice in SEND and inclusion.
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures that promote inclusivity and diversity within the school community.
Requirements
  • Qualified Teacher (holding QTS or equivalent) or Qualified Social Worker with a minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience within inclusion or in SEND, therapeutic or outreach education sector.
  • Experience of managing neurodiverse children with SEND, including ASC and/or SEMH.
  • Proven skills in data analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, parents, and carers.
Salary

£54,000 - £57,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
