Health and Safety Advisor

We're seeking a Health and Safety Advisor to join our team in Peterborough, who will play a key role in ensuring our operations are conducted in a way that minimizes risks and promotes a culture of safety.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing health and safety policies and procedures
  • Conducting risk assessments and audits to identify potential hazards
  • Providing training and guidance to employees on health and safety procedures
  • Monitoring and reporting on health and safety performance
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure health and safety is integrated into all aspects of our operations

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent
  • Sound knowledge of current health and safety legislative and regulatory requirements
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for business use
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
