About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Health, Safety and Wellbeing Advisor to join our SHEA team at Sweco UK. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in improving SHEA awareness and behaviours across the business, while strengthening team collaboration and development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support operational teams in developing safety behaviours consistent with our LIFE strategy.
  • Facilitate open communications across the @one Alliance and identify areas of behavioural opportunities to ensure a safety-driven culture.
  • Conduct site inspections and assurance visits to ensure compliance with Alliance and legal requirements.
  • Deliver training and awareness programmes to increase employee confidence and capabilities.
  • Develop and support measures to assess the impact of the programme on the business.
  • Participate in Pan-Alliance forums to share best practices and implement innovative behavioural safety initiatives.
About You

To be considered for this role, you will hold a NEBOSH Construction Certificate and a Technical grade membership of IOSH. You will possess strong problem-solving skills and be able to gain the trust and respect of colleagues at all levels. A full clean UK driving licence is required for site visits.
