The Role: Health & Safety Advisor
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Health & Safety Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the safety and well-being of our employees and stakeholders across all projects.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive health and safety policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and inspections to identify potential hazards.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on health and safety best practices.
- Investigate accidents and incidents, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate records of health and safety activities and compliance.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure adherence to health and safety standards.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Health & Safety Advisor in a similar industry.
- Strong knowledge of relevant health and safety legislation and regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
