About the Role
Binnies, a leading environmental, engineering, and technical services company, is seeking a highly skilled Health, Safety and Wellbeing Advisor to join our team as part of our @one Alliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Support operational teams in developing and implementing safety protocols aligned with our company's safety strategy.
- Foster open communication across the @one Alliance to promote a safety-driven culture and identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct site inspections and assurance visits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee safety awareness and capabilities.
- Develop and track metrics to measure the effectiveness of safety initiatives and contribute to the growth of the Alliance.
- Participate in Pan-Alliance forums to share best practices and implement innovative safety initiatives.
About You
To be considered for this role, you will hold a NEBOSH Construction Certificate and a Technical grade membership of IOSH. You will possess strong problem-solving skills, a CSCS Safety Professional card, and a full clean UK driving license. You will be passionate about safety and committed to creating environments where people and teams can prosper.
