About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our team at a prestigious mental health facility in Chelmsford. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to patients with a range of mental health conditions, including addictions.

The ideal candidate will have 12 months post-qualifying experience and a strong background in clinical practice. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

As a key member of our team, you will be involved in the development of new services and care pathways, as well as participating in continuous quality improvement initiatives. You will also be expected to support the local implementation of the Nursing Strategy and engage in ongoing professional development.

Our client offers a competitive salary of £36,176 - £38,596 per annum, plus a £5,000 welcome bonus. Other benefits include free on-site parking, supplemented meals, and enhanced maternity pay. We also offer access to development opportunities, sponsorship of professional qualifications, and a long service award.
