Night Coordinator RMN
At Priory Hospital Chelmsford, our experienced team of mental health professionals and support staff work together to provide high-quality care to adults and adolescents with a range of mental health problems. We are seeking a skilled Night Coordinator RMN to join our team.
Job Summary: This role is situated within three acres of landscaped grounds and involves assessing patient needs, developing care programmes, and delivering care in accordance with agreed policy. You will assist Charge Nurses in evaluating care offered by nursing staff and ensure staff complete nursing records in accordance with policy and NMC guidelines. Additionally, you will lead by example, giving direction and maintaining high standards of care. The salary for this position is £39,000 per year, and the hours are 37.5 per week.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess patient needs, develop care programmes, and deliver care in accordance with agreed policy.
  • Assist Charge Nurses in evaluating care offered by nursing staff.
  • Ensure staff complete nursing records in accordance with policy and NMC guidelines.
  • Lead by example, giving direction and maintaining high standards of care.
  • Assist in professional guidance and clinical development of night nursing staff.
  • Liaise with Charge Nurses to maintain safe staffing levels.
