As a Senior Nurse - Patient Care Lead, you will be responsible for leading shifts, mentoring, and supporting student nurses and other team members. Your expertise and passion for patient-centred care will enable you to develop therapeutic relationships, optimise patient engagement, and contribute to patient assessments. With your strong nursing qualification and commitment to evidence-based practice, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional care and promoting positive outcomes for our patients.

We offer a competitive salary range of £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
