Job Title: Asset Integrity Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Asset Integrity Specialist to join our team in Manchester. As an Asset Integrity Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient management of our IT assets, including hardware and software.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Track and audit hardware and software assets to ensure accurate inventory and compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements.
  • Dispose of hardware assets in accordance with relevant regulations and identify opportunities to reduce costs and mitigate risks associated with software licensing.
  • Monitor software licenses to ensure compliance with vendor agreements and optimize license usage to minimize costs.
  • Conduct regular audits to verify the accuracy of asset inventories and ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements.
  • Analyze asset usage patterns and identify opportunities to optimize resources and reduce costs without compromising performance.
  • Review and improve existing Asset Management processes and procedures to ensure they are effective and efficient.
