Key Responsibilities
  • Track and manage all IT assets, including hardware, software, and licenses, to ensure accurate inventory and compliance with organisational and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor software licenses to optimise usage and minimise costs, ensuring compliance with vendor agreements.
  • Conduct regular audits to verify the accuracy of asset inventories and identify areas for improvement.
  • Analyse asset usage patterns to identify opportunities for optimisation and cost reduction.
  • Collaborate with the IT Service Manager to evaluate current processes and procedures, identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective asset management practices.
