We've been pioneers in raw and natural pet food for over 40 years. With international partnerships and a commitment to quality, we're revolutionizing the pet food industry. Our Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) team is leading the charge, developing a subscription business that's changing the game.

The Role

You'll lead customer acquisition across digital and offline marketing channels, reporting directly to our Managing Director. Your primary focus will be on driving growth through Performance Marketing, collaborating with the Head of Performance Marketing to optimize LifeTime Value (LTV) and reduce customer acquisition costs (CAC).

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive customer acquisition strategy across all channels.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including Product, Data, and Customer Happiness, to create a seamless customer experience.
  • Lead a hybrid working environment, balancing office and remote work.

As a valued member of our team, you'll enjoy an estimated salary of £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, plus an annual bonus linked to our growth plans. You'll also benefit from tailored development plans, coaching, mentoring, and on-the-job learning opportunities.
