We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic SEND Teacher to join our dedicated team at a vibrant and supportive SEND School in Coventry. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching and the ability to grow, nurture, and develop children's development, along with effective strategies for behaviour management.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a creative SEND Teacher to start a new challenge as soon as possible. The school caters to students with Autism and complex needs, providing a supportive environment for growth and development.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop engaging lesson plans tailored to meet the needs of students with Autism and complex needs.
  • Maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment, promoting good behaviour management and student well-being.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and coordination of support services.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • QTS, PGCE or equivalent qualification.
  • Previous experience working in a UK school, preferably in a SEND setting.
  • Up-to-date Safeguarding training.
Work Details
  • GBP120 per day minimum rate of pay.
  • Full-time contract with 8:15 am - 4 pm hours.
  • Long-term temporary position with opportunities for growth and development.
