Our client is a leading provider of medical laboratory diagnostics systems, trusted by healthcare professionals to accurately diagnose and test patients for a wide range of medical conditions and diseases.

With a strong commitment to innovation and customer service, they offer a wide range of diagnostic-based laboratory and medical systems to the healthcare sector, including applications for microbiology, clinical chemistry, molecular diagnostics, and laboratory automation.

The Role

We are seeking a technically motivated and customer-focused Field Service Engineer to support the service, installation, breakdown, repair, and calibration of sophisticated medical laboratory diagnostics systems.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting haematology, clinical chemistry, and laboratory automation systems located at hospital sites throughout the South East.

Key Responsibilities

  • Service, installation, breakdown, repair, and calibration of medical laboratory diagnostics systems
  • Support haematology, clinical chemistry, and laboratory automation systems
  • Work with a wide range of medical laboratory diagnostics systems

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have a competent background in electronic or electro-mechanical service engineering, gained within a high-value capital equipment environment.

A qualification in engineering, electronics, or a science-based subject is preferable.
