About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Service Engineer to join our team at Philips Iberica SAU. As a Field Service Engineer, you will play a critical role in providing technical support to our customers and ensuring the smooth operation of our healthcare systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Technical Support
    • Provide expert technical advice and solutions to customers and colleagues.
    • Offer field-based and remote technical support to customers and colleagues in line with relevant training and experience.
  • System Maintenance
    • Carry out corrective, preventative, installation, and field change order activities on complex healthcare systems.
    • Diagnose mechanical, hardware, and software system failures using established procedures and information.
  • Team Collaboration
    • Actively participate in an ongoing rotation with the Field Service Engineer team, providing customers with direct remote support in a 5 by 7 working pattern.

Requirements

  • Education
    • HNC (NVQ Level 4) or Degree in Electro-engineering or equivalent highly desirable.
  • Skills
    • Deliver high levels of customer service.
    • Competent in IT/Network diagnosis/system connectivity/Remote service desirable.
