This position will be based in Northern Ireland, where you'll work closely with our customers and colleagues to provide expert technical support and solutions.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Provide advanced technical support to customers and colleagues, leveraging your expertise to resolve complex issues.
  • Carry out field-based and remote technical support activities, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer queries.
  • Conduct corrective, preventative, installation, and field change order activities on complex healthcare systems, adhering to quality and regulatory standards.
  • Diagnose mechanical, hardware, and software system failures using established procedures and information.
  • Participate in a rotational schedule with the Field Service Engineer team, providing direct remote support to customers in a 5 by 7 working pattern.

You'll be part of a collaborative regional team, working together to deliver exceptional service and maintain the highest standards of quality and regulatory compliance.

As a Field Service Engineer, you'll report directly to the District Service Delivery Manager and be responsible for:

  • Holding a HNC (NVQ Level 3/4) or Degree in Electro-engineering or equivalent.
  • Delivering high levels of customer service.
  • Being competent in IT/Network diagnosis/system connectivity/Remote service.
