Job Title: Field Service Engineer

At Philips International, we are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers and colleagues in the Bristol and Exeter areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert technical advice and solutions to customers and colleagues.
  • Offer field-based and remote technical support to customers and colleagues.
  • Carry out corrective, preventative, installation, and field change order activities on complex healthcare systems.
  • Diagnose mechanical, hardware, and software system failures using established procedures and information.
  • Participate in an ongoing rotation with the Field Service Engineer team, providing customers with direct remote support in a 5 by 7 working pattern.

About the Role:

You will be part of a regional team of collaborative Field Service Engineers who work to the highest standards to ensure first-class service is delivered to our customer base while adhering to Quality & Regulatory standards.

Requirements:

  • HNC (NVQ Level 3 or higher) or Degree in Electro-engineering or equivalent highly desirable.
  • Deliver high levels of customer service.
  • Competent in IT/Network diagnosis/system connectivity/Remote service desirable.
