We are seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to support the technical needs of our customers and colleagues in Northern Ireland.

This is a field-based role that requires advanced technical expertise to provide expert advice and solutions to our customers and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert technical support to customers and colleagues through field-based and remote activities.
  • Carry out corrective, preventative, installation, and field change order activities on complex healthcare systems.
  • Diagnose mechanical, hardware, and software system failures using established procedures and information.
  • Participate in an ongoing rotation with the Field Service Engineer team, providing customers with direct remote support in a 5 by 7 working pattern.

About the Role:

You will be part of a regional team of collaborative Field Service Engineers who work to the highest standards to ensure first-class service is delivered to our customer base.

Requirements:

  • HNC (NVQ Level 3/4) or Degree in Electro-engineering or equivalent highly desirable.
  • Deliver high levels of customer service.
  • Competent in IT/Network diagnosis/system connectivity/Remote service desirable.
