We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Service Engineer to join our team at Philips International. As a key member of our regional team, you will be responsible for providing expert technical support and services to our customers in the South East area.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Technical Expertise: Provide advanced technical support and solutions to customers and colleagues, utilizing your expertise in electro-engineering and healthcare systems.
  2. Field-Based Support: Offer remote and on-site technical support to customers and colleagues, adhering to established procedures and protocols.
  3. System Maintenance: Perform corrective, preventative, installation, and field change order activities on complex healthcare systems, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
  4. Diagnostic Skills: Diagnose mechanical, hardware, and software system failures using established procedures and information, providing timely and effective solutions.
  5. Team Collaboration: Participate in a rotating schedule with the Field Service Engineer team, providing direct remote support to customers in a 5 by 7 working pattern.
Requirements
  1. Education: Hold a HNC (NVQ Level 4) or Degree in Electro-engineering or equivalent, with a strong understanding of healthcare systems and technologies.
  2. Customer Focus: Demonstrate a customer-first attitude, delivering high levels of service and support to our customers.
