Female Support Worker

We are seeking a skilled Female Support Worker to join our team at Aspirations Care Ltd. This role involves providing personal care and support to women with learning disabilities, mental health issues, and autism in a supported living environment.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have experience of working with challenging behaviors and mental health. You will be passionate about promoting independence and enabling individuals to live their best lives.
Key Responsibilities- Aiding with household and domestic tasks, including cooking and meal preparation.
- Assisting with budgeting and shopping.
- Supporting our people to access the community; including social activities and appointments.
- Supporting with personal care.
- Assisting with medication.
- Competitive salary: £11.44 per hour.
- Ongoing training and development opportunities.
- Paid 28 days annual leave inclusive of bank holidays.
