About The Role

The Wholesale Account Manager will play a crucial role in driving business growth and development within our Wholesale division. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of independent Retail franchises in the south, developing effective strategies to deliver the agreed joint business plan, including forward promotion planning, seasonal range activation, and achieving sales, volume, profit, and margin targets to ensure the franchisee represents the Morrisons brand effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a sales and customer service strategy to achieve business targets, identifying opportunities for growth within the customer base, building a tailored service for wholesale own brand customers.
  • Develop innovative solutions for the wholesale customer, streamlining processes and improving efficiency.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, engaging and influencing internal and external stakeholders to achieve results and deliver consistently against agreed service levels.
  • Ensure all sales growth is profitable and sustainable, driving business growth and development.

  • Experience of working in a trading environment, with a strong understanding of sales and customer service principles.
