We are seeking a skilled Audiologist to fill the role of Area Sales Manager at IQVIA in North and South London.

As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth within the designated territory, working closely with customers to understand their needs and offering tailored solutions.

About the Role:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying new opportunities within NHS and independent audiology settings.
  • Deliver high-quality presentations and demonstrations showcasing our clients' products' clinical benefits.
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activities to inform your sales strategies.
  • Provide valuable feedback from the field to support new product development.
  • Achieve sales targets in the designated territory.

Your Background:

  • Strong clinical background in Audiology (or experience in selling medical devices/capital equipment).
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets, preferably in a related healthcare field.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Understanding of the NHS and ability to navigate across stakeholders.
  • Experience building successful commercial relationships within the NHS.
  • Autonomy, ethics, strategic thinking, and motivation to exceed sales targets.
  • Flexibility for travel within the territory, including overnight stays.
