IQVIA is seeking a motivated and experienced Area Sales Manager to join their team in North and South London.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, identifying new opportunities within NHS and independent audiology settings.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Drive sales growth within the designated territory, leveraging your clinical and commercial expertise in Audiology.
  • Deliver high-quality presentations and demonstrations showcasing our clients' products' clinical benefits.
  • Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to adjust your sales strategies accordingly.
  • Provide valuable feedback from the field to support new product development.
  • Achieve sales targets in the designated territory.

Your Profile:

  • Strong clinical background in Audiology (or experience in selling medical devices/capital equipment).
  • Demonstrated over-achievement of sales targets, preferably in a related healthcare field.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Understanding of the NHS and ability to navigate across stakeholders.
  • Experience building successful commercial relationships within the NHS.
  • Autonomy, ethics, strategic thinking, and motivation to exceed sales targets.
  • Flexibility for travel within the territory, including overnight stays.
