Audiology Territory Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers across NHS and independent audiology settings.
  • Deliver presentations and demonstrations to showcase the clinical benefits of our clients' products.
  • Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Provide feedback from the field to support new product development.
  • Meet sales targets within the designated territory.

Requirements:

  • Strong clinical background in Audiology (or experience in selling medical devices/capital equipment).
  • Demonstrated ability to over-achieve sales targets, preferably in a related healthcare field.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Understanding of the NHS and ability to navigate its stakeholders.
  • Experience building successful commercial relationships within the NHS.
  • Autonomy, ethics, strategic thinking, and motivation to exceed sales targets.
  • Flexibility for travel within the territory, including overnight stays.
