Audiology Territory Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers across NHS and independent audiology settings.
- Deliver presentations and demonstrations to showcase the clinical benefits of our clients' products.
- Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Provide feedback from the field to support new product development.
- Meet sales targets within the designated territory.
Requirements:
- Strong clinical background in Audiology (or experience in selling medical devices/capital equipment).
- Demonstrated ability to over-achieve sales targets, preferably in a related healthcare field.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Understanding of the NHS and ability to navigate its stakeholders.
- Experience building successful commercial relationships within the NHS.
- Autonomy, ethics, strategic thinking, and motivation to exceed sales targets.
- Flexibility for travel within the territory, including overnight stays.
