Client Growth Specialist

We are looking for a dynamic and ambitious individual to join our team as a Client Account Manager. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for expanding our client base within the construction and civils industry.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of the construction and civils industry, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be a self-motivated and results-driven individual who is able to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of services and offerings with client requirements.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives set by the company.
- Prepare and submit proposals, quotations, and necessary paperwork required to secure business using the marketing team for support.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Engineering, or relevant field (not essential).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
