Job Overview

Krome Technologies is seeking a talented First Line Technical Service Expert to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality technical support services to our clients.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role or a recent college/university graduate looking for a great first step in their IT career. You will possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with multiple teams of IT technicians.

A strong understanding of MS Office Suite, Active Directory, TeamViewer (or similar), Exchange/Office 365, antivirus software, and ticketing systems is essential. The ideal candidate will also be familiar with shift work patterns and have a valid UK driving license.

In exchange for your expertise, we offer a competitive salary of £24,000 - £34,000, depending on experience, along with a range of benefits that includes flexible annual leave, employee assistance programs, and private medical insurance.
