The successful candidate will possess a degree in pharmacy, be registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council, and hold a postgraduate clinical diploma in clinical pharmacy or equivalent experience. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues are also essential.

Your key duties will include providing expert advice on medications, supervising junior staff, and maintaining accurate records. You will work closely with other departments to promote excellent patient care and drive continuous improvement in medication management services.
