Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Office Administrator to join our team in providing administrative support to our Consultants and their Medical teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating workload with Consultants and Teams
  • Contacting Patient Pathway Team members to ensure pathways are actively managed
  • Liaising with Appointments Centre regarding outpatient clinic bookings
  • Highlighting potential breaches or delays in patient pathways

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in administration, particularly in a busy office environment. They should possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to use initiative and judgement when dealing with day-to-day issues and queries.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • English GCSE Grade C or equivalent
  • NVQ in Business Administration or equivalent administration qualification
