Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Customer Service Representative to join our team at Source4 Personnel Solutions. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, managing inbound calls and emails, and coordinating the collection and shipment of high-value artworks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide top-notch customer service to our clients, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Artwork Coordination: Coordinate the collection and shipment of high-value artworks, ensuring timely and secure delivery.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with galleries, artists, agents, and buyers to ensure seamless coordination.
  • Logistics: Manage collections, deliveries, and shipments using a CODA shipping system, monitoring and tracking shipments through a supplier network.
  • Quotations: Provide quotations to clients via email, ensuring accurate and timely responses.
  • Warehouse Support: Assist in the warehouse as needed, lifting artwork (approximately 10% of the role).
  • Client Communication: Keep clients informed about any potential delays, ensuring transparency and excellent customer service.
  • Packing and Storage: Book packing jobs with our expert packing partners and arrange and manage storage for art clients at our secure facilities.
Requirements
  • Customer Service Experience: Essential for this role, with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent telephone and email communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with a methodical approach and a keen eye for detail.
  • Geography Knowledge: Proficient keyboard skills and a good understanding of geography, with the ability to navigate complex logistics.
  • Training: Full training on a bespoke industry-leading shipping system will be provided.
