  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our customers over the phone

  • Advise customers on various queries, including balance enquiries, payments, internet banking, and card management
  • Update all systems and record conversations
  • Follow correct processes to ensure customer safety

Requirements:

  • Ability to build strong customer relationships in a fast-paced environment
  • Maintain meticulous attention to detail even under pressure
  • Profound understanding of the risks associated with the role and their implications for both yourself and MetroBank's customers
  • Proficiency in computer skills, including a working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
  • Capability to deliver outstanding customer experiences within a fast-paced environment

Working Arrangements & Training:

  • We require you to be flexible to work Monday to Friday from 9am to 5:30pm or 10am to 6pm, as well as a variety of shift patterns over the weekend
  • Shifts could start at 7am
  • We will provide comprehensive training to help you succeed in this role, including live team sessions, self-study, and on-the-job training
  • We offer a hybrid working option for our employees, with the opportunity to work from home and in the office
