We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative in our Slough Contact Centre.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to our customers over the phone
- Represent the MetroBank brand and its culture
- Advise customers on various queries, including balance enquiries, payments, internet banking, and card management
- Update all systems and record conversations
- Follow correct processes to ensure customer safety
- Live and breathe our values and be a great team player
Requirements:
- Ability to build strong customer relationships in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain meticulous attention to detail even under pressure
- Profound understanding of the risks associated with the role and their implications for both yourself and MetroBank's customers
- Proficiency in computer skills, including a working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
- Capability to deliver outstanding customer experiences within a fast-paced environment
Working Arrangements & Training:
- We require you to be flexible to work Monday to Friday from 9am to 5:30pm or 10am to 6pm, as well as a variety of shift patterns over the weekend
- Shifts could start at 7am
- We will provide comprehensive training to help you succeed in this role, including live team sessions, self-study, and on-the-job training
- We offer a hybrid working option for our employees, with the opportunity to work from home and in the office
