About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our Consumer and Shopper Engagement Team as a Customer Service Advisor. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers in both English and German, ensuring that their queries are resolved efficiently and effectively.

Main Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries in German and English, both verbally and in writing.
  • Build strong relationships with customers through engaging and personalized communication.
  • Utilize our CRM tools to quickly and confidently resolve brick-based problems.
  • Work a variety of shifts, including weekends, to ensure we provide best-in-class service.
  • Represent the LEGO brand through our unique tone of voice.
  • Prioritize and multitask to meet customer expectations.

What We Offer

  • Competitive Salary - Starting salary of £28,000 per annum.
  • Performance-Based Bonus - Eligible for a performance-based bonus of up to 10%.
