- Advise customers on various queries, including balance enquiries, payments, internet banking, card management, and mobile app usage.
- Update all systems, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail, and recording all conversations.
- Follow established processes to ensure customer safety and security.
- Ability to build strong customer relationships in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain meticulous attention to detail, even under pressure.
- Profound understanding of the risks associated with the role and their implications for both yourself and MetroBank's customers.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including a working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
- Capability to deliver outstanding customer experiences within a fast-paced environment.
This is a part-time role, requiring flexibility to work Monday to Friday from 9am-2pm, 9:30am-2:30pm, or 10am-3pm, as well as flexibility over weekends. We offer comprehensive training, including live team sessions, self-study, and on-the-job training, to ensure your success in this role.
