Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Customer Service Representative to join our team at Source4 Personnel Solutions. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, managing inbound calls and emails, and coordinating the collection and shipment of high-value artworks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide top-notch customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Artwork Coordination: Coordinate the collection and shipment of high-value artworks, working closely with galleries, artists, agents, and buyers to ensure smooth and efficient logistics.
  • Logistics Management: Manage the scheduling and coordination of collections, deliveries, and shipments, using our industry-leading shipping system to track and monitor shipments.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and suppliers to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve any issues that may arise during the shipping process, providing creative solutions to complex problems.
Requirements
  • Customer Service Experience: A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a logistics or shipping environment.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and suppliers.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in using industry-leading shipping systems and software, with a strong understanding of logistics and shipping processes.
