Job Title: Retail Sales Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Assistant to join our team at Jenningsbet. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting our products, and contributing to the overall success of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Building strong relationships with customers to create a positive and engaging shopping experience
  • Ensuring company-wide campaigns are effectively promoted to our customers
  • Processing bets, accurate settlement, and payment of winning bets
  • Monitoring competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge
  • Ensuring a safe working environment and deputizing in the absence of the Branch Manager
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexibly and as part of a team
  • Good numerical skills and cash handling abilities
  • Great personal presentation and time-keeping
