Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, promoting company-wide campaigns, and ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service
    • Build strong relationships with customers to create a positive and loyal customer base
    • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Sales and Promotions
    • Promote company-wide campaigns and initiatives to drive sales and customer engagement
    • Upsell and cross-sell products and services to customers
  • Store Operations
    • Ensure accurate settlement and payment of winning bets
    • Monitor competitor activity and provide insights to improve our services
    • Contribute to maintaining a safe and secure working environment
  • Teamwork and Communication
    • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction goals
    • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure seamless store operations
