About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Frasers Group. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager in achieving store objectives and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Store Manager in leading the store team to achieve sales and operational targets
  • Support the development and implementation of store strategies to drive sales growth and customer engagement
  • Monitor and control store operations, including stock management, inventory control, and visual merchandising
  • Provide coaching and guidance to store staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver excellent customer service
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of store marketing initiatives to drive sales and customer engagement
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a retail management role, with a strong track record of delivering sales growth and customer service excellence
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer service and sales growth
