Drive Meaningful Change as Our Interim Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Manager

We're seeking an experienced DE&I professional to lead our next stage of DE&I strategy on a 12-month fixed-term contract. As our Interim Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Manager, you'll be responsible for driving impactful initiatives and programs that promote inclusion and accessibility across our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end DE&I projects across the business, overseeing key initiatives and focusing on best practices for social mobility and disability inclusion.
  • Develop and implement data-driven insights, including monitoring and analyzing DEI metrics to evaluate progress and identify gaps.
  • Collaborate with the People team to enhance data collection and reporting processes.
  • Identify and implement enhancements in DEI processes across the employee journey, from recruitment to career development.
  • Partner with the L&D team to design and roll out DEI-focused training and initiatives that build awareness and skills.
