Job Title: Interim Head of Diversity and Inclusion

We are seeking an experienced Interim Head of Diversity and Inclusion to join our team in London. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading our diversity and inclusion efforts and developing strategies to promote a culture of inclusivity.

About the Role:
  • Lead a full reset of the DEI function, including a comprehensive audit and recommendations for improvement.
  • Develop and implement a DEI strategy that aligns with our organization's goals and values.
  • Re-establish employee network groups and realign the governance and framework.
  • Lead a small EDI team, providing coaching and upskilling to ensure their success.
  • Implement various initiatives and establish frameworks to promote diversity and inclusion.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including employees, clients, and partners.
About You:
  • Experience working in the private sector is essential.
  • Proven track record of leading DEI audits or establishing a function.
  • Strong strategic thinking and execution ability, with a focus on deliverables.
  • Experience working in a matrix organization is a plus.
