Interim Head of Diversity & Inclusion

A leading charity in London seeks an experienced professional to lead its Diversity & Inclusion function on an interim basis. The role is for an initial 12 months and offers hybrid working arrangements.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Conducting a comprehensive DEI audit and providing recommendations for improvement
  2. Developing and implementing a DEI strategy aligned with the organisation's goals
  3. Leading a small EDI team and coaching them to upskill
  4. Establishing employee network groups and realigning governance and framework
  5. Implementing various initiatives and establishing frameworks
  6. Leading on the strategic side while supporting an operational team
  7. Developing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders
About You

We are looking for an experienced Interim Head of Diversity & Inclusion with:

  1. Proven experience working in the private sector
  2. Experience of leading DEI audits or establishing a function
  3. Strong strategic leadership skills with a track record of delivery
  4. Experience working in a matrix organisation
