A leading charity in London seeks an experienced professional to lead its Diversity and Inclusion function on an interim basis. The role offers a unique opportunity to drive positive change and make a lasting impact.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Conducting a comprehensive DEI audit and providing recommendations for improvement
- Developing and implementing a DEI strategy that aligns with the organization's goals
- Leading a small team to coach and upskill them in DEI best practices
- Establishing employee network groups and realigning their governance and framework
- Implementing various initiatives and establishing frameworks to promote diversity and inclusion
We are looking for an experienced professional with:
- Proven experience in leading DEI audits or establishing a function
- Strong strategic thinking and deliverable execution ability
- Experience working in a matrix organization
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a well-established charity and make a real difference in the lives of others. We offer:
- A competitive salary of £85-90,000 per annum
- Hybrid working arrangements, with 1 day a week in London
- A dynamic and supportive team environment
