Job Title: Interim Head of Diversity and Inclusion

A leading charity in London seeks an experienced professional to lead its Diversity and Inclusion function on an interim basis. The role offers a unique opportunity to drive positive change and make a lasting impact.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Conducting a comprehensive DEI audit and providing recommendations for improvement
  2. Developing and implementing a DEI strategy that aligns with the organization's goals
  3. Leading a small team to coach and upskill them in DEI best practices
  4. Establishing employee network groups and realigning their governance and framework
  5. Implementing various initiatives and establishing frameworks to promote diversity and inclusion
About You

We are looking for an experienced professional with:

  1. Proven experience in leading DEI audits or establishing a function
  2. Strong strategic thinking and deliverable execution ability
  3. Experience working in a matrix organization
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
