About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Interim Head of Diversity and Inclusion to join our team at Michael Page HR. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading our diversity and inclusion efforts and driving positive change within our company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct a comprehensive DEI audit of our organization, identifying areas for improvement and developing recommendations for change.
  • Develop and implement a strategic DEI plan, aligning with our company's goals and objectives.
  • Lead a small team of EDI professionals, providing coaching and upskilling to ensure their success.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, clients, and partners.
  • Collaborate with our operational team to implement DEI initiatives and establish frameworks for success.
Requirements
  • Proven experience working in the private sector, with a strong track record of leading DEI initiatives.
  • Experience of conducting DEI audits and developing strategic plans.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
