Interim Head of Diversity & Inclusion Opportunity

A leading charity in London seeks an experienced Interim Head of Diversity & Inclusion to drive strategic change and lead a small team.

About the Role

This is a 12-month interim position based in London, offering hybrid working. The successful candidate will have a strong track record of leading DEI audits, developing strategies, and implementing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct a full DEI audit and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive DEI strategy
  • Lead a small EDI team and coach them to upskill
  • Establish employee network groups and realign governance and framework
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience working in the private sector
  • Proven track record of leading DEI audits or establishing a function
  • Strong strategic leadership skills with a focus on deliverables and execution
  • Experience working in a matrix organisation
