As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in shaping and delivering the architecture strategy for our prestigious retail Bank client.

About the Role

As the Interim Head of Enterprise Architecture, you will report directly to the Chief Data Officer and collaborate with senior leadership to articulate the North Star architecture. This will involve setting the vision for the organization's future state and translating high-level strategy into a tangible, actionable plan that guides decision-making on budget, investment, and resource allocation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive architecture strategy that aligns with the organization's goals and objectives
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to define and prioritize architecture initiatives
  • Lead the development of a Target Operating Model that outlines the organization's future state
  • Manage key relationships with Technology leaders to ensure effective communication and collaboration
  • Provide thought leadership and expertise on architecture-related matters

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a seasoned enterprise architect with hands-on experience of defining, building, and delivering architecture strategies. You will also need to be an effective relationship builder with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
